Important Information for Stall Managers:
If you're managing a stall or activity, please bring your own tables, gazebos, cash floats, and prizes. Set up anytime from 7:30am.

Players:
Please arrive by 9:30am wearing your RED kit.

Car Parking:
Parking is reserved for those hosting stalls or for disabled attendees. Others are encouraged to use public transport or walk.

Event Highlights:

BBQ and Bar: Enjoy delicious grilled food and refreshing drinks.
Cake and Lemonade Stalls: Satisfy your sweet tooth.
Bring and Buy Football Boots and Kit Stall: Find great gear or donate your own.
Tombola and Raffle: Try your luck and win exciting prizes.
Football Fun: Challenge yourself with 'Beat the Goalie' and other activities.
Team Photos: Available to order on the day.
Used Plastic Goals for Sale: Limited stock available for £50 each (RRP £190), bag supplied.

How You Can Help

Donations:
Drop off your donations for the raffle, tombola, and football stall at the Pavilion on the day. We need quality raffle prizes and football gear in good condition such as boots, tops, shorts, shin pads, and gloves. Please, no old Lewisham Tigers kits.

Raffle Tickets:
Available on the day. Win cash prizes and a Lewisham Tigers FC shirt signed by AFC Bournemouth’s Netto!

Bake for the Day:
Bring your cakes on the day, clearly labelled (e.g., contains dairy/dairy-free, nuts/no nuts, eggs/egg-free, gluten-free, vegan).

Volunteers:
In addition to those running stalls, we would also appreciate parents' and carers' help with cleaning up afterwards.

Payments:
To avoid cash where possible, you can buy tokens at the gate and use cards at the BBQ, bar, and bring and buy sale.

Presentation Booklet:
A free presentation booklet will be available, but we welcome donations to cover the cost of design and printing. A recommended donation is £2 each.
